The Mombasa Hospital, established in 1981, is one of the leading Healthcare institutions in Mombasa County. The Hospital is seeking for qualified Kenyan Citizens to fill the following positions.
- Catering Manager
Overall Responsibility:-
Overseeing day-to-day operations and management of the hospital kitchen
Supervision of Catering Department staff, Food Production and Service, Procurement and Hygiene maintenance, among others.
Requirements:-
- Bsc Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from a recognized institution
- Higher National Diploma in Institutional Management is an added advantage
- Three (3) years’ relevant experience as a Catering Manager in a busy hospital or hotel kitchen.
- Knowledge in therapeutic nutrition will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, management and communication skills.

Overall Responsibility:-
Plans and supports the delivery of safe, nutritious and timely meals to patients, staff and visitors. Ensures adherence to dietary requirements, food safety standards and hygiene practices while contributing to efficient meal service within the Hospital.
Requirements:-
- Diploma in Food and Beverage Management, Catering or related field
- Two (2) years experience in a busy hospital catering unit
- Knowledge in therapeutic nutrition is an added advantage
